This morning, I prayed to the Lord about my Israel Mount Zion Anointing trip. I asked the Lord to show me in the Bible something about this mission trip. So I opened my new NIV Bible, and it opened to the Book of Micah, and the Lord led me to Chapter 4.

Micah 4:1 In the last days the mountain of the Lord's temple will be established as chief among the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and peoples will stream to it.

Micah 4:2 Many nations will come and say, "Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths." The law will go out from Zion, the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

Micah 4:3 He will judge between many peoples and will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.

Micah 4:4 Every man will sit under his own vine and under his own fig tree, and no one will make them afraid, for the LORD Almighty has spoken.

Micah 4:5 All the nations may walk in the name of their gods; we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and ever.

Micah 4:6 "In that day," declares the LORD, "I will gather the lame; I will assemble the exiles and those I have brought to grief.

Micah 4:7 I will make the lame a remnant, those driven away a strong nation. The LORD will rule over them in Mount Zion from that day and forever.

Micah 4:8 As for you, O watchtower of the flock, O stronghold of the Daughter of Zion, the former dominion will be restored to you; kingship will come to the Daughter of Jerusalem."

Asubuhi ya leo nilikuwa ninamwomba Bwana kuhusu safari yangu ile ya kwenda Israeli ya kuuweka Mlima Sayuni Wakfu. Nilimwomba Bwana anionyeshee katika Biblia neno linalo hususiana na safari hiyo. Kwa hiyo mimi nikafungua Biblia yangu ya tafsiri ya NIV bila kuangalia nafungua wapi, ikafunguka kwenye Kitabu cha Mika, na Bwana akaniongoza kwenye Sura ya 4.  

Mika 4:1 Lakini itakuwa katika siku za mwisho, ya kwamba mlima wa nyumba ya BWANA utawekwa imara juu ya milima, nao utainuliwa juu ya vilima; na watu wa mataifa watauendea makundi kwa makundi.

Mika 4:2 Na mataifa mengi watakwenda na kusema, njooni, twende juu mlimani kwa BWANA, na nyumbani kwa Mungu wa Yakobo; naye atatufundisha njia zake, nasi tutakwenda katika mapito yake; kwa maana katika Sayuni itatoka sheria, na neno la BWANA litatoka Yerusalemu.

Mika 4:3 Naye atafanya hukumu kati ya watu wa kabila nyingi, naye atawakemea mataifa yenye nguvu walio mbali; nao watafua panga zao ziwe majembe, na mikuki yao iwe miundu; taifa halitainua upanga juu ya taifa lingine, wala hawatajifunza vita tena kamwe.

Mika 4:4 Bali kila mtu ataketi chini ya mzabibu wake, na chini ya mtini wake wala hapana mtu atakaye watia hofu; kwa kuwa kinywa cha BWANA wa majeshi kimesema hivi.

Mika 4:5 Kwa mataifa yote watakwenda, kila mmoja kwa jina la mungu wake, na sisi tutakwenda kwa jina la BWANA Mungu wetu, milele na milele.

Mika 4:6 Katika siku ile, asema BWANA, nitamkusanya yeye achechemeaye, nami nitamrudisha yeye aliyefukuzwa, na yeye niliye mtesa.

Mika 4:7 Nami nitamfanya yeye aliyechechemea kuwa mabaki, na yeye aliyetupwa mbali kuwa taifa lenye nguvu, na BWANA atawamiliki katika mlima Sayuni tangu sasa na hata milele.

Mika 4:8 Na wewe, Ee mnara wa kundi, kilima cha binti Sayuni, utajiliwa; naam, mamlaka ya kwanza yatakuja, ufalme wa binti Yerusalemu.
